Werner is the Group Chief Financial Officer of NNNCo and the nxzen Group, and serves on the Board of Directors.
Werner is a seasoned global finance executive with a distinguished career spanning over 35 years, marked by deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A, audit, tax strategy, and the management of international service centres. He has successfully led finance transformation initiatives across multiple geographies and industries, with a focus on driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and sustainable profitability.
Prior to joining NNNCo and nxzen as part of the acquisition by BlackRock and Stellex, Werner spent more than two decades at IBM, where he held a variety of senior financial leadership roles. At IBM, he was instrumental in overseeing financial operations across all business divisions, managing complex international finance functions, and leading teams across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific.
Werner plays an active role in strengthening corporate governance across the nxzen Group, serving as a nominee director on several boards. His focus is on enhancing financial oversight, instilling best practices, and guiding strategic direction to support business growth.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
