N-Track Asset Tracking Solution

Track the things that should move
and monitor things that shouldn’t

Having live visibility of your moving assets onsite enables you to quickly track key assets and improve efficiencies – streamlining field operations, reducing delay costs, optimising workforce productivity and safety and improving client service levels.

“IoT asset tracking” refers to monitoring the location of specific assets that are important to your business, whether those assets are containers, storage cages, X-ray machines, on-site vehicles, pallets, or even people. With N-Track you can track the movement of an asset as it occurs, so you know its whereabouts at all times.

NNNCo has everything you need to get started, including a range of selected IoT trackers that can track location as well as environmental conditions,  flexible and cost-effective IoT network options designed specifically for IoT connectivity and an easy-to-use IoT platform that simplifies the management of it all.

How it works

Small, battery-powered tracking devices with embedded LoRaWAN connectivity are carried by your people via lanyard and / or securely mounted onto your moving assets, such as vehicles, containers, equipment and more.

These devices collect real-time location and usage status, based on acceleration sensors, GPS and Bluetooth beacons, running up for years without changing the battery. They can work both indoors and outdoors eliminating worries of losing connectivity. The data is then analysed and transformed into actionable insights about people and assets location, activity or usage,  environment, and condition.

N-Track Features

Asset visibility in real time

Asset visability in real-time

Get data on the exact location of a worker or asset, their journey and motion history. N-Track provides precise and power efficient tracking across a range of environments by combining high-precision GPS, Low-power GPS, Wi-Fi Sniffing, and BLE for indoor and outdoor tracking

Inventory Monitoring

Establish restricted, productive and non-productive areas through geofencing with real-time auditing and rule setting to trigger alarms and notifications. Monitor inventory utilisation and make informed decisions to optimise logistics

Best in class indoor & outdoor tracking

Best in class indoor and outdoor tracking

Get data on the exact location of a worker or asset, their journey and motion history. N-Track provides precise and power efficient tracking across a range of environments by combining high-precision GPS, Low-power GPS, Wi-Fi Sniffing, and BLE for indoor and outdoor tracking

Set and define zones

Configure different zones on site such as productive, unproductive and restricted zones to enable different rule settings

Create asset rules

Stock takes are a thing of the past!

Once you are monitoring inventory locations and making informed decisions to optimise logistics and supply in real time you no longer need to carry out weekly / monthly stock takes freeing up expensive staff on more productive activites

Damage Detection

N-Track quickly identifies where damages are occurring by monitoring impact, tilt, and free fall. Furthermore, it takes the blame game out of claim filing by objectively identifying the party who had custody of the product when it was damaged

Monitor misplaced / lost assets

Monitor misplaced / lost assets

Set rules to enable alerts and notifications when events occur such as geo fence check-ins / check-outs

Audit history across all assets

Audit the movement of individual assets between pre-defined zones within a site. This can then be sent to a downstream application such as a asset management application or exported as a .csv straight out of the N-Track application

What can a real-time asset tracking solution do for you?

Poor management of physical assets can be detrimental to productivity and have a negative impact on the bottom line. Your company could be losing significant amounts of money searching for equipment; in some cases, like construction, the cost of stolen assets can also add up significantly. Asset tracking provides a way to address these and other challenges, no matter what industry you’re in:

  • Manufacturing companies, particularly those operating in large spaces, can reduce the amount of time they spend locating materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Hospitals can improve patient care and reduce waiting times if the equipment is more easily located; they can also track equipment anywhere on campus.
  • Mining companies can use it to get alerts if mine vehicles are operating in unsafe work zones, ensuring the safety of their employees.
  • Farmers can use it to track and monitor livestock, track harvested crops and their locations in various storage facilities, and manage locations of harvesting equipment.
  • Rental companies can use it to track on-site rental items.
  • Construction companies are using it to help derail theft, and stay on schedule by keeping better track of materials.
